BESTSELLER Region East in Vienna is hiring a Regional Retail Controller. You will partner with Retail Managers and manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses across partner and own-store networks in multiple international markets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools. You will help define regional KPIs, monitor risks, and drive commercial decisions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail controlling or retail performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of retail business models and commercial performance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business cases and profitability analysis.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on sales, profitability and ROI.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and structured problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key sparring partner providing commercial and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Support Retail Managers across sub-regions in steering performance of partner and own-store business.
• Manage and steer budgets and business cases across partners, markets and own stores.
• Coordinate regional planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with consistent follow-up.
• Monitor performance vs budgets and forecasts, highlight deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver in-depth profitability analyses and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track business cases post-implementation and assess sales/ROI impacts.
• Define and monitor regional KPIs and reporting standards.
