Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in economics, finance, or business administration
• 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling in consumer goods
• Very well-developed analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Strong implementation and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong team-player attitude and pragmatic working style
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SAP FI/CO; Power BI is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English

Aufgaben

• Plan, forecast and report financial KPIs, focusing on sales controlling (Net Sales, TTC, NSP, Gross Margin)
• Partner with Austrian commercial team and Eastern European Finance Team to drive financial decisions
• Steer the budgeting process from customer and category perspectives for clear planning
• Coordinate Customer Investment Budget controlling for Mass Market in Austria and Eastern Europe
• Develop and improve controlling instruments, performance measures, and guidelines; implement new tools (sales planning, pricing)
• Participate in Local/Regional/Global projects across business areas
