As we take our Retail Partner Business to the next level, we are looking for a commercially driven Regional Product Specialist for VERO MODA. In this role, you will connect the global VERO MODA product strategy with local market needs, shape regional assortments, and turn sales performance, KPIs, and customer insights into strong commercial decisions. Working closely with our sub-regional teams and partners, you will help ensure we have the right products in the right markets at the right time.

REGIONAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST (f/m/d)

Location: Vienna

Full Time (38,5h weekly/ all in)

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the regional product and assortment strategy in line with the VERO MODA brand strategy and commercial goals
• Support and enable our sub-regional teams and partners to successfully execute the product strategy in their markets
• Plan and conduct order appointments, from preparation and execution to follow-up and after-sales support
• Use sales performance, KPIs, and market insights to identify opportunities and translate them into concrete commercial actions
• Manage buying budgets and plan monthly buying activities based on customer demand, sales trends, and business priorities
• Drive in-season steering and merchandise management, proactively responding to sales opportunities and stock risks
• Manage NOOS, including VMI and CMI, to secure availability and optimize stock performance
• Stay close to our markets and stores, translating customer, market, and store feedback into stronger product and assortment decisions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, buying, merchandising, or a related commercial function, ideally within fashion retail or a retail partner environment
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and retail landscapes, ideally across Europe, Türkiye, and/or the GCC
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn numbers into actions and product decisions into business results
• Confident communicator with experience working with stakeholders across regional and international teams
• Highly organized, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to connect priorities across different markets and business functions
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the region

The gross monthly salary for this position is based on the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector. The actual starting salary will be determined individually based on your qualifications and experience.
