Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in economics, finance or business administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling, ideally in consumer goods.
• Very well-developed analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Teamplayer with a pragmatic working style.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and good SAP FI/CO knowledge; Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Planning, forecasting and reporting of financial KPIs, mainly sales controlling (net sales, TTC, NSP, gross margin).
• Business partnering for Austrian commercial team to support business decisions and for Eastern European Finance Team to steer KPIs.
• Steering the planning process from customer and category perspectives for transparent planning.
• Customer Investment Budget controlling for Mass Market customers in Austria and coordinating processes in Eastern Europe.
• Development and improvement of controlling instruments and implementing new tools (sales planning, pricing, etc.).
• Participation in Local/Regional/Global projects across business areas.
