foodora is seeking a regional leader to guide a small team of specialists providing hands-on support to markets during disruption and growth opportunities. You will drive temporary planning and logistics solutions to improve on-time delivery, speed, and customer satisfaction across multiple markets.

You will frequently travel to prioritize strategic markets, analyze data, and present executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting or Operations Excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret datasets and translate insights.
• Excellent project and program management skills with cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
• Experience in regional/global organizations is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team of specialists supporting local market teams during disruption and opportunity.
• Provide temporary planning and hands-on support to markets to meet reliability, speed and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Be the regional expert for markets with strategic priority or challenges and implement effective solutions.
