RHI Magnesita invites you to join the Pioneer Research department in Leoben on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will manage cutting-edge R&D projects across sustainability, recycling, AI and materials science, translating concepts into practical pilots and solutions with global teams.

You will contribute to funded projects, analyze data, and support pilot activities for new equipment and technologies. Occasional international travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• Higher technical education in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• Initial experience or a strong interest in research, innovation, recycling or sustainable technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an independent, hands-on and implementation-oriented working style.
