RHI Magnesita N.V. in Austria (Vienna) seeks a Recycling Business Professional to drive technical marketing and business development for the recycling portfolio. You will interface with MIRECO, identify opportunities, and support circular economy expansions across industries.

Approx. 30% travel to collaborate with Commercial, Sourcing, Operations, and R&D teams. You will evaluate opportunities from a holistic RHIM & MIRECO perspective, combining technical, commercial, and sustainability aspects

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Recycling, Metallurgy, Environmental Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of refractory products and recycling technologies is an advantage.
• Good understanding of commercial and market dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop joint business opportunities between RHIM and MIRECO following the CERO Waste & 4PRO approach.
• Evaluate customer opportunities and market potential from a combined RHIM & MIRECO perspective.
• Monitor market developments, customer investments, and kiln revamps to identify sourcing and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and business analyses for recycling solutions.
• Support the development of new recycling sources.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to identify new applications for recycling materials and innovative recovery technologies.
