Zusammenfassung

EV Group Europe & Asia/Pacific GmbH is seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting to join our international HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates proactively, and support employer branding initiatives.

You will also handle administrative HR tasks and act as a reliable contact for managers and employees. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, strong English, MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field, ideally with HR focus.
• Experience in recruiting and knowledge of active sourcing is a plus.
• Excellent English and proficiency in common MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-driven, structured, proactive, with discretion and service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job ads to interviews and coordinating hiring.
• Identify and proactively approach suitable candidates through active sourcing.
• Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives (job fairs, career events).
• Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees on operational topics.
• Handle administrative HR tasks (employment contracts, Red-White-Red Card applications).
