Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and grow our Quality Management team in Austria. You will own customer complaint handling, drive corrective and preventive actions, and steer measures that enhance product and process quality while ensuring readiness for audits.

The role requires a track record in manufacturing quality, experience with customer audits, and hands-on use of quality tools like 8D. Travel as needed and a commitment to professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in managing customer audits.
• Practical experience with quality tools and methods (e.g., 8D).
• Willingness to travel and pursue continuous professional development.
