ServiceNow, a leading AI-centric platform, is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Public Sector to support SaaS and professional services agreements with Federal, State, and Local government clients. This is a full-time role with flexible location, preferably in DC/MD/VA, reporting to the US Public Sector lead counsel.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree and law degree from highly regarded schools.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience practicing government contracts at the federal and/or state levels at a law firm, corporation, or government agency.
• Extensive experience with Federal, State, and Local government procurement processes, and regulations, including the FAR and DFARS.
• Experience negotiating agreements with government customers, including understanding of relevant regulations applicable to commercial item prime contractors and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of GSA Schedule Cooperative Purchasing and State and Local Government procurement vehicles such as NASPOValuePoint.
• Familiarity with channel (distributors, resellers) and related practice issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions.

• Advise on channel partner issues and government contracting documents.
