Job summary

ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & CO KG seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead PM initiatives in pharma, medical devices, healthcare packaging, and plastics. The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge of injection moulding, qualification/validation, and coordinating diverse stakeholders in an international setting.

The ideal candidate will have a technical education, fluency in German and English, and will travel internationally about 15–20% of the time.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in pharma, medical devices, healthcare packaging, plastics or injection moulding.
• Strong technical understanding of injection moulding and industrialization processes.
• Experience with qualification and validation activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and solution‑oriented approach with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 15–20%.
