SIMStation is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver audiovisual and software installations on time.

A hands-on mindset, technical or business background, and Jira experience help ensure successful outcomes. We value strong planning, clear communication, and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• A completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or a HAK/HTL qualification.
• Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in audiovisual or simulation solutions.
• Experience with Jira and common PM tools.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer sites.

Lead Project Meetings

Coordinate Complex Installations

You support the coordination of complex audiovisual, software, and network installations and help ensure everything comes together smoothly.

Ensure Quality and Compliance

You keep quality, safety, and contractual requirements in mind and make sure projects are properly documented from start to finish.

A completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or a HAK/HTL qualification.

Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in audiovisual or simulation solutions.

Experience with common project management tools, such as Jira.

Strong planning and organizational skills combined with a solution‑oriented approach.

A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.

Very good written and spoken German and English.

• Position type: Full-time (40 hrs); flexible working hours
• For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 43,000 – depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary.
• The office is located in the third district of Vienna, but there is also the possibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your working time.
