Zusammenfassung

Leap29 is seeking a Project Document Controller for Data Centre Projects in Vienna, Austria. You will manage the complete document lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance across engineering, construction and handover phases.

You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Construction and Commissioning teams, supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) processes and project information management to keep documentation up-to-date and accessible for all stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in document control, information management, or project administration.
• Experience on engineering, industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of revision management, approval workflows, and document lifecycle management.
• Maintaining document registers and ensuring high-quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Manage full project document lifecycle through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Control and maintain documentation: drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, construction docs, as-built.
• Administer ACC: folder structures, user permissions, workflows, approvals, reporting.
