Zusammenfassung

Leap29 is seeking a Project Scheduler to support data centre projects across the DACH region from Vienna, Austria. The role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and identifying risks to ensure on-time delivery of complex mission-critical construction projects.

You will produce schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts while collaborating with engineering, construction, and project management teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Background in construction, industrial, engineering, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project skills.
• Experience producing progress and schedule reporting.
• Fluent German and English; willing to travel across the DACH region.

• Monitor progress against project milestones and deadlines.

About the Role

A leading European engineering and construction specialist is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the delivery of large-scale data centre projects across the DACH region.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and supporting the successful delivery of complex mission-critical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project


• Monitor progress against project milestones


• Identify critical path activities and scheduling risks


• Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts


• Support resource planning and recovery planning activities


• Collaborate with engineering, construction, project management, and subcontractor teams


• Participate in progress reviews and planning meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls


• Background in construction, industrial, engineering, or mission-critical projects


• Strong Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project skills


• Experience producing progress and schedule reporting


• Fluent German and English


• Willingness to travel across the DACH region


• Data Centre experience is advantageous
