Plug and Play Linz is building a new Ventures office focused on Physical & Industrial AI. We seek a Ventures Analyst or Associate to source startups, support deal teams, and drive market research across AI-enabled industrial sectors.

You will collaborate with Vienna and European ventures teams, mentor startups, and connect with corporate partners to turn challenges into startup opportunities. This is an early-build role where you shape sourcing processes, ecosystem relationships, and events,

Qualifikationen

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Source Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A startups for investment opportunities and introductions to corporate partners.
• Build sector expertise and map market dynamics in Physical & Industrial AI.
• Evangelize Plug and Play to startups, investors, corporates, universities and governments.
• Support the deal team on investment opportunities.
• Build a network of venture capitalists and other investors to back startups.
• Connect startups with advisors, vendors, and service providers to accelerate product development.
• Mentor startups on product-market fit, fundraising, and scaling.
