You will optimize multi-step synthesis processes, lead the PLT for commercialized products, and drive continuous process improvements, serving as the interface to customers on operational matters.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry degree and 3+ years in chemical/pharmaceutical production, plus German and English language proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Chemistry with focus on Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
• Professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production or pilot plant.
• 3+ years in a similar function and cGMP experience advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Implement, support, and optimize production processes focusing on cycle time, yield, and costs while complying with cGMP.
• Assess new processes and technologies for feasibility in chemical manufacturing.
• Support, monitor, and evaluate product campaigns with improvement measures.
• Own process documentation, material balances, and SAP recipes.
• Lead process in investment projects and ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP, SHE).
