Novartis is seeking a Process Expert to join the Drug Substance Schaftenau team in Austria. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacture of high-quality products, while supporting equipment qualification, cleanroom management, deviation handling, and GMP documentation.

You will serve as SME during Health Authority inspections and drive cross-functional improvements, collaborating with stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or life sciences.
• Team player with strong communication in diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English; native German speaker.

Aufgaben

• Ensure manufacturing of high quality products on time, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate equipment qualification and cleanroom activities.
• Manage local administration of service providers for cleaning and gowning.
• Handle deviations, implement actions, and coordinate change requests.
• Create and maintain lifecycle documents for compliance and inspection readiness.
• Represent SME during Health Authority inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Drive improvement projects in the production environment.
• Demonstrate quality awareness with proactive, self-directed work.
