In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for and optimize the chemical and physical processes of the assigned overall product portfolio involving multi-step syntheses. As a member of the Product Leadership Team (PLT), you will be responsible for the seamless introduction of development projects or customer processes into commercial production operations. For commercialized products, you will lead the PLT and actively drive continuous process improvement. In doing so, you will serve as the communication interface to our customers for all operational matters.
