Reporting to the Global Head Digitalization your main responsibilities will be: -Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution. -Lead process mapping and modelling (using BPMN, APQC, SCOR or equivalent standards) for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and all other supporting functions. -Ensure process designs are aligned with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. -Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance enhancement. -Partner with digital transformation colleagues to embed solutions, using existing or new applications and technologies into development workflows, streaming projects into ones which are quick wins that can be developed with speed and simplicity or others which require longer-term, collaborative transformation projects. -Establish and maintain process governance frameworks to ensure consistent adoption and accountability. -Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving regulations. -Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, and senior leadership to translate business needs into executable processes. -Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes. -Drive cultural adoption of process-oriented thinking across the organization.
