You will apply root-cause analysis and lean principles to improve processes, validate new recipes and packaging, and support scale-up from pilot to factory rollout while collaborating with Wet Process Engineers and Product Development.

German and English fluency, a related Bachelor's degree, and hands-on FMCG experience are essential for success at Mars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment with QA/QFS or process development.
• Strong foundation in statistics, root-cause analysis, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize processing conditions to meet recipe specs, QFS standards, and yield targets.
• Apply root cause analysis and lean manufacturing to reduce bottlenecks and costs.
• Collaborate with Wet Process Engineers and Wet Product Development to deploy new recipes and processes.
• Support pilot scale validation at QIC/PDC to verify changes before scale-up.
• Assist scale-up and vertical start-ups for new products and packaging.
