Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optics, Photonics, Electronics, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Experience working with complex technical systems in manufacturing or product industrialization environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing engineering, or production engineering activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
  • Experience interpreting manufacturing and test data to drive operational improvements.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Support the transition of new products from development into controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Build, configure, and validate advanced technical systems for prototype and early production units.

  • Support the successful transfer of products and manufacturing processes into full‑scale production.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product introductions.

The Product Industrialization Engineer is responsible for bridging product development and serial manufacturing by leading the industrialization of new products within a technically advanced production environment. The role supports the transition from prototype to volume production, ensuring robust manufacturing processes, product maturity, and operational readiness. Working closely with R&D, manufacturing, automation, and production teams, the successful candidate contributes to continuous process improvements while ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Support the transition of new products from development into controlled manufacturing environments.

Build, configure, and validate advanced technical systems for prototype and early production units.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to improve product manufacturability and production readiness.

Manufacturing Process Development

Improve, standardize, and optimize production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and repeatability.

Technical Problem Solving and Quality Improvement

Required Qualifications
