Mars is seeking a Product & Process Technologist to join the Site Industrialization Team at the Buck site in Austria. You will bridge innovation, development, and full-scale manufacturing, driving process standardization and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include optimizing processing conditions, applying root-cause analysis, and supporting pilot tests and factory scale-up for new recipes and packaging. Proactive teamwork and German/English fluency are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical/Process Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in food manufacturing; FMCG background preferred.
• Strong statistical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize processing conditions while meeting finished product specs and QFS standards.
• Apply lean methods to reduce variability and drive cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Wet Process Engineers and Product Development teams on new recipes.
• Support pilot validation and scale-up activities for new products and packaging.
• Drive technical handovers and vertical start-ups for successful roll-outs.
