Gurkerl seeks a Process Manager, Operations to optimize and scale our cross-country fulfilment model spanning five European markets. You will sit between operations and product, translating challenges into precise process specs for developers and product owners, with hands-on on-site workflow analyses.

You’ll apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM and Ishikawa techniques to drive measurable improvements, collaborating with local teams to validate and implement robust solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, process engineering, or JIT logistics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong toolbox: VSM, DMAIC, Ishikawa, SIPOC.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel to evaluate KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Identify bottlenecks and root causes across fulfillment center and last-mile operations.
• Develop and document target process designs translating business needs into technical specs.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM and Ishikawa to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, engineering and site teams to validate and implement solutions.
• Define process KPIs, build ROI and budget cases, and track impact post-rollout.
• Write SOPs, support change management, ensure smooth rollouts across sites.
• Feed field insights into long-term improvement roadmaps.
