Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM's Light Sensors & Photonics (LSP) unit seeks a proactive Time-of-Flight product leader to shape the global TOF strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for data centers, AR/VR, mobile and automotive applications. You will translate market trends into robust product requirements and drive business cases and pricing guidance across the portfolio.

You will coordinate launches with Sales, R&D, operations and Supply Chain, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strong market impact.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in electrical engineering, physics, microsystems technology, or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, application engineering, or business development in semiconductors, optoelectronics, sensors or related high-tech industries.
• Solid understanding of optical sensing technologies; Time-of-Flight, 3D sensing, VCSEL systems, photodiodes, or sensor modules is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the global Time-of-Flight product strategy, roadmap, positioning, lifecycle plans, and business priorities.
• Translate market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and technology developments into product plans, requirements, and investment recommendations.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept and business case through development, launch, ramp-up, sustaining, and end-of-life.
• Develop business cases, pricing guidance, forecasts, margin targets, and portfolio profitability analyses.
• Support strategic customer engagements with roadmap input, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial guidance.
• Coordinate launches, sales enablement, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment with sales, application engineering, R&D, operations, quality, and supply chain.

• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, margin management, market modeling, and portfolio prioritization
• Customer orientation and clear communication with technical, commercial, and management stakeholders
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a global environment
• Fluent English communication skills; German is beneficial
