Job summary

Springtime Technologies GmbH in Vienna, Austria is seeking a Product Manager for Data & Integrations to own end-to-end data products, from ingestion and cleansing to analytics and predictive insights. You will work with engineers and product leads to transform ERP integrations into scalable data capabilities and set the roadmap for data products.

You’ll define data entry, cleansing, enrichment and provisioning for the AP platform, collaborating with finance and CX teams to ensure customer value.

Qualifications

• Owned data, integration or platform product end to end.
• Understanding of data lakes, pipelines, data quality and APIs to challenge engineers.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise system integrations.
• Ability to turn raw data into analytics, benchmarks or insight customers will pay for.
• Ambitious, collaborative, able to influence decisions and deliver results.
• Excellent English communication, able to explain data concepts to engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

Deine Rolle im Team

• Take accounts payable past the automation ceiling. You own how invoices enter Invoicetrack and how far they travel without a human touching them.
• From connectors to data products. Most AP vendors treat integrations as plumbing. We’re turning them into products.
• You’ll own the data that flows through Springtime, from ingestion and cleansing to the analytics, benchmarking and predictive insight we build on top of it.
• You’ll have your own engineering team, a seat alongside our other product leads, and real mandate: at Springtime, product management decides what gets built.
• As Product Manager for Data & Integrations, you own that flow and what we build on top of it: data products in analytics, machine learning, benchmarking and predictive and prescriptive insight.
• Springtime is moving product decisions into product management, so you shape what gets built, not just how.
• Make Springtime's data work harder. Reframe integrations. Move from point-to-point ERP connections to a scalable data capability, and set the roadmap that gets us there.
• Own the data flow. Define how data enters the data lake, how it is cleansed, enriched and standardised, and how it is supplied to the AP platform, customers and other systems.
• Feed automation. Give the AP platform the clean, consistent data it needs to automate more, working closely with the AP Automation product manager.
• Find and define data products. Identify opportunities in analytics, machine learning, benchmarking and predictive or prescriptive insight, and take the strongest ones to market.
• Lead with your engineering team. Write clear problem statements, priorities and acceptance criteria, make trade-offs openly, and ship in increments.
• Bring the customer into every decision. Use customer data, field feedback and input from CX to decide what matters, and test data products with the finance teams who would buy them.

Unser Angebot

• The minimum gross salary for this position is €3,954 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement.
• The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.

• You have owned a data, integration or platform product end to end.
• Data-engineering literacy. You understand data lakes, pipelines, data quality, enrichment and APIs well enough to challenge engineers and make sound architectural trade-offs.
• Integration know-how. You have worked with ERP or enterprise system integrations and know where they break.
• A nose for data products. You can turn raw data into analytics, benchmarks or insight that customers will pay for.

Erfahrung

• Someone who thinks in data. Product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in finance operations or procure-to-pay is a strong plus.
