Position Overview

The Microfabrication Process Engineer will develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes for CCRAFT's TFLN photonic foundry. The role focuses on process engineering, yield improvement, metrology analysis, process qualification, and technology development while supporting the foundry roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on expertise in lithography, etching, thin‑film deposition, and semiconductor microfabrication.
• Experience using cleanroom metrology tools including SEM, AFM, EDX, ellipsometry, and thin-film stress measurements.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Programming or scripting skills in Python.
• Knowledge of integrated photonics and optical device physics.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
