Job summary

HEAD in Kennelbach, Austria, is looking for an intern for 6 months starting mid February 2027 to join the design team and turn passion into a profession.

You will assist with color and design trend research, create 2D and 3D product visualizations, and help with packaging development, while applying Adobe CS and basic 3D tools.

Qualifications

• Mandatory internship as part of a design study or apprenticeship as a media designer with a focus on design/technology.
• Good spoken and written English; German language skills beneficial.
• Experienced user of Adobe CS (especially Illustrator); basic 3D software knowledge (KeyShot and Rhino) beneficial.
• Interest in product design and graphics of sporting goods.
• Structured, solution‑oriented, detail‑oriented with responsible work style.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team with color and design trend research and design racquet sports products.
• Create 2D and 3D product visualizations.
• Manage print media projects and develop sustainable packaging solutions.
• Create detailed technical drawings from concept to sampling to serial manufacturing.

Our headquarters in Kennelbach (Austria) is currently looking for an intern for 6 months, starting in mid February 2027.

TASKS

• Assist the design team with color and design trend research, as well as designing racquet sports products with a focus on colorways and graphics
• Create 2D and 3D product visualizations
• Management of print media projects as well as design and development of sustainable packaging solutions
• Creation of detailed technical drawings, assisting the process from concept through sampling to serial manufacturing

PROFILE

• Mandatory internship as part of a design study or an apprenticeship as a media designer with a focus on design/technology
• Good spoken and written English, German language skills beneficial
• Experienced user of Adobe CS (especially Illustrator), basic 3D software knowledge (KeyShot and Rhino) are beneficial
• Interest in product design and product graphics of sporting goods
