Zusammenfassung

woom is seeking an Intern Product Design (f/m/d) for 6 months in Vienna. You will learn through doing, contribute to the full design process with the innovation team, and help shape the future product portfolio. A portfolio is required, fluent English is expected; German is a plus.

You will collaborate with engineering, product managers, and marketing, and participate in CMF, packaging concepts, and rapid prototyping. The gross monthly salary starts at EUR 1,518.00 for full-time employment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a design-focused programme (product design, industrial design, or related programme).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Research & identify new project opportunities to provide inspiration and project direction.
• Gain an understanding of the user journey to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Work alongside engineering, product managers, and marketing to contribute across the full product design process.
• Compile engaging, on-brand presentations and communicate ideas effectively to the team.
• Craft user-focused design stories that translate into tangible concepts.
• Generate concepts from sketch to prototype.
• Create 3D CAD to evaluate ideas or to create fast prototypes.
• Create handmade prototypes as required.
• Design innovative packaging concepts for new and existing products.
• Engage in the CMF process (color, material, finish) – ideation, development & sampling.
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a materials library; explore new materials and technologies.
• Support the wider team on a range of project tasks.
