Zusammenfassung

Red Bull is seeking a process modelling professional to advance BPM capabilities across the organisation. You will model, document and maintain processes in ARIS, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive end-to-end process improvements with the Process Mining and Automation teams.

You will apply BPMN 2.0 and EPC standards, enable AI-assisted documentation, and ensure quality and governance across the process landscape, contributing to operational excellence in a fast-moving consumer goods

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in BPM, Process Modelling, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Consulting or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of BPM principles.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, EPC or equivalent methodologies.
• Understanding of end-to-end process thinking and value streams (O2C, S2P, etc.).
• Advanced process modelling skills using ARIS, Signavio or comparable BPM platforms.
• High attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-based tools to accelerate process documentation, process analysis, workshop preparation, content creation and knowledge discovery.
• Experience in FMCG industry is beneficial.

PROCESS MODELLING & DOCUMENTATION

You'll model, document, and maintain business processes to ensure transparency, consistency and easy access to process knowledge in our process management tool ARIS. You will work closely with the business to capture, update and improve process documentation.

PROCESS ARCHITECTURE & END-TO-END VIEW

You'll maintain and evolve our process architecture by connecting processes across functions and improving our supporting process management tool. You will create and maintain End-to-End process views to identify dependencies, streamline interfaces and drive continuous improvement together with our Process Mining and Automation teams.

PROCESS QUALITY & STANDARDS COMPLIANCE

You'll ensure process models and documentation comply with our established standards, governance requirements, and best practices. You will regularly be involved in reviewing processes with our Key Users to maintain high quality, consistency and completeness across the process landscape.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION & BUSINESS ENABLEMENT

You'll partner with process owners, subject matter experts, and business teams to support process-related initiatives and improvements. You will provide guidance on process modelling and facilitate alignment across stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

PROCESS MODELLING EXCELLENCE, INNOVATION & AI ENABLEMENT

You'll drive continuous improvement in process modelling by exploring innovative approaches. You will leverage digital solutions and AI capabilities to enhance process documentation, efficiency and user adoption.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Modelling, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Consulting or related disciplines
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
