Job summary

TGW Logistics seeks a process improvement specialist to shape DBU implementation processes and their interfaces. You will identify optimisation potential, develop practical solutions, and anchor improvements with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, HAK, FH or university).
• Experience in process management, project management or the implementation of customer projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of lean management, process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Analytical and structured way of working with technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills, initiative and cross-departmental cooperation.
• Confident use of digital tools as well as very good German and good English skills.

In this role, you will actively shape the processes of DBU implementation and its interfaces. You will identify optimisation potential, develop practical solutions and, together with internal and external partners, ensure that improvements are effectively anchored in the organisation.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.228 Euro.
