TGW is seeking an IT operations professional to monitor client systems and implement robust monitoring solutions. You will keep systems secure, apply patches, and propose practical improvements to ensure stable, high-performing environments.

Qualifications

• Technical IT background through training or professional experience.
• Operating systems are part of day-to-day work; Oracle and IT security are familiar concepts.
• You have managed IT systems and know what matters in a client environment.
• You work reliably, think proactively and focus on business benefits as well as technical aspects.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client systems to prevent issues.
• Set up and further develop monitoring solutions.
• Keep systems secure and up to date through patches and preventative measures.
• Propose ideas for stable, secure and trouble-free operations.
• Provide our clients with genuine recommendations, not just documentation.
• Collaborate to continuously improve processes and services.
