Everpharma in Austria seeks a product portfolio professional to guide products from idea to launch. You’ll manage pipelines, analyze markets, forecast volumes and revenues, and build AI agents to streamline research and reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in pharma product management, strong analytics, and fluency in German and English. You’ll collaborate across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial Ops in a dynamic setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in portfolio or product management, business development or sales in pharma.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and building AI agents; programming not required.
• Excellent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Pipeline management: support product projects across their entire lifecycle and maintain a balanced portfolio.
• Market and competitive analysis: track competitors, patent expiries and approvals, and turn data into recommendations.
• Business cases & forecasts: build and update volume and revenue forecasts for pipeline products.
• AI agents: build your own AI agents and automations for research, data preparation and reporting.
• Marketing: support product communication, marketing materials and congresses.
• Cross-functional work: collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial & Technical Operations.
