Everpharma in Austria seeks a product portfolio professional to guide products from idea to launch. You’ll manage pipelines, analyze markets, forecast volumes and revenues, and build AI agents to streamline research and reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in pharma product management, strong analytics, and fluency in German and English. You’ll collaborate across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial Ops in a dynamic setting.

Your role:

Where science, regulatory affairs and the market meet: you accompany our products from the first idea to launch.

• Pipeline management: You support product projects across their entire lifecycle and keep an overview of a balanced portfolio.
• Market and competitive analysis: You track competitors, patent expiries and approvals, and turn data into clear recommendations.
• Business cases & forecasts: You build and update volume and revenue forecasts for pipeline products.
• AI agents: You build your own AI agents and automations for research, data preparation and reporting - and develop them further together with us.
• Marketing: You support product communication, marketing materials and congresses.
• Cross-functional work: You work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial & Technical Operations.

Your profile:

• A university degree in the natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, biology, biotechnology or pharmacy); an interest in business topics is a plus.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in portfolio or product management, business development or sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence in working with larger data sets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and enthusiasm for building your own agents and automations. Programming skills are not required, technical understanding is.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
• A first understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its regulatory framework - or the willingness to acquire it quickly.
• Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken.

In line with the applicable collective agreement, the minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 48.482,84 on a full-time basis. Depending on your education, qualifications and professional experience, we offer a performance-related salary above the collective agreement minimum, plus social benefits (for example a commuting allowance, a company pension scheme, a subsidised canteen and free drinks).
