Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, engineering or other relevant fields.
• Fluency in Polish and business proficiency in English.
• Driving license.
• Living in Belgium or Vienna or open to relocate to one of these areas.
• A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for challenges, business development and achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural inclination to contribute to high-value projects.
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to exceed objectives while working effectively within a team and bringing your own personality and ideas.

Aufgaben

• Support with arrangements of customer visits for sales colleagues.
• Follow up on, as well as generating sales leads via pro-active and reactive phone and e-mail actions.
• Prospect and uncover new business opportunities within a broad portfolio of industrial clients.
• Analyze and understand customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Acting as point of contact for routine customer inquiries.
• General administration (maintaining CRM, e-mail management, etc.).
• Attend and represent the company at industrial trade shows and exhibitions.
