AT&S Leoben is seeking a PMO Manager Corporate Functions to design and operate the project portfolio management framework. You will establish transparency, governance, standards, and stakeholder relationships needed to support fast-growing business and strategic investment decisions.

You will coach project managers, enable AI-assisted reporting, manage risks early, and promote adoption of the portfolio platform.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in PMO/portfolio management with proven impact.
• Solid command of governance, controls, prioritization and resource transparency.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain a reliable portfolio view with budgets and resources.
• Apply standards, run gate reviews, and justify deviations.
• Enable a dependable reporting cycle for prioritization and investments.
• Drive adoption of the portfolio platform as the single source of truth.
• Coach project managers to apply standards effectively.
• Propose adjustments to standards to fit needs.
• Introduce AI-supported ways of working in delivery.
• Raise risks early and manage delivery discipline.
