Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Innovation Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in R&D, portfolio management, project management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand technology roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain the global R&D portfolio management framework with KPIs and reporting structures.
• Provide portfolio analyses, recommendations, and decision proposals for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and facilitate portfolio review and governance processes with the R&D Management Team and project managers.
• Establish and maintain portfolio transparency across projects, budgets, risks, and technology development activities.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities to improve resource utilization and execution of priorities.
• Support development and execution of the R&D funding strategy to maximize subsidies.
• Coordinate funding proposals and project activities to ensure successful application and compliance.
• Support digitalization of portfolio management using Power BI, ServiceNow, SAP and related systems.
