Job summary

NXP Austria is offering a student PMO role in a dynamic, international high-tech environment. You will support project data quality, process improvements and KPI reporting, while collaborating with global stakeholders and contributing ideas alongside your studies.

In this position you gain hands-on experience with modern tools, project management and cross-functional teams. The role is structured for about 20 hours/week with home-office options and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• Ongoing university studies or equivalent program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• PowerQuery and PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong English (speaking and writing).
• Accuracy and analytic capabilities are essential.
• Team orientation for an international environment.
• Good communication and customer orientation.
• Availability around ~20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality checks.
• Create baselines in the RPPM tool after Gate and Milestone approvals.
• Verify completeness and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Update and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor and drive process compliance.
• Create projects and maintain master data.
• Resolve reporting inconsistencies with data owners.
• Govern content and permissions for the internal BL SharePoint site.
• Handle standard stakeholder requests and general support tasks.
