Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is offering a student position within the Program Management Office (PMO). The role focuses on data quality, process improvements, and stakeholder support while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and global collaboration.

You will handle data checks, baselines, documentation, and reporting, while collaborating with international teams. The position supports part-time study schedules with a flexible home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI is beneficial.
• Strong English skills (speaking and writing).
• Accurate, analytical, team-oriented, customer-focused and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality checks.
• Create baselines in the RPPM tool after Gate and Milestone approvals.
• Verify the completeness and timeliness of Project and Review Board deliverables.
• Update and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor & drive process compliance.
• Create projects and maintain master data for active projects.
• Resolve reporting inconsistencies with data owners.
• Govern content and permissions for the internal BL SharePoint site collection.
• Handle standard stakeholder requests and general support tasks.
