Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria seeks a Waiter/Waitress - Event Operations to deliver exceptional service across weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and resort events. You will work with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service, banquets, events, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.
• Strong guest experience through personalized service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable; maintain high service standards.
• Fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.

You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Event Operations leadership, Culinary teams, Stewarding, and fellow service professionals.

This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences across weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and resort events.

YOUR ROLE

As Waiter/Waitress - Event Operations, you will play a key role in the successful execution of a wide variety of events and functions throughout the resort. You will deliver exceptional service while ensuring every detail of the guest journey is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Working closely with the Events, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences that showcase Rosewood standards of luxury hospitality.
