Zusammenfassung

LGT Bank Österreich, part of LGT Bank AG, is seeking an experienced HR/payroll professional to lead payroll processing, advise on employment law, and support compensation governance in a dynamic Austrian banking environment.

You will collaborate with HR partners, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive digitalisation of HR processes while contributing to strategic projects and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed qualification in payroll accounting or HR law, or a degree with HR/law focus.
• Several years of HR operations experience, ideally in banking.
• Strong advisory skills with stakeholders across the business.
• Structured, accurate and service-oriented work style.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor ongoing payroll processing with external provider and ensure data quality.
• Advise HR colleagues and managers on payroll, compensation, employment law, social security and payroll tax.
• Coordinate annual compensation process and implement compensation measures with HR partners.
• Prepare, analyze and interpret compensation and equal pay reports; derive action recommendations.
• Monitor legislation and ensure compliance with collective agreements, equal pay and employment law.
• Contribute to projects such as EU Pay Transparency Directive and drive HR process digitalisation.
