LGT Bank Österreich is seeking a Payroll HR Specialist for a two-year fixed-term parental leave cover in Vienna. You will manage payroll processing with an external provider, ensure data quality, and keep HR systems up to date.

You will advise HR colleagues on payroll, compensation, employment law and payroll tax; coordinate the annual compensation process with HR partners, and develop reports to drive action while ensuring compliance with collective agreements.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training or HR/law degree or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in HR operations with payroll focus.
• Sound knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Sage DPW) and strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor ongoing payroll processing with external provider and ensure data quality.
• Advise HR colleagues and managers on payroll, compensation, employment law, social security and payroll tax.
• Coordinate annual compensation process with HR Business Partners and Group HR.
• Prepare and analyze compensation reports and derive actionable recommendations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable agreements and laws.
• Contribute to projects including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and process automation.
