Zusammenfassung

LGT Bank Österreich, a branch of LGT Bank AG, is seeking a Payroll/HR Specialist to manage and monitor payroll processing with an external provider, ensuring data quality and up-to-date HR systems.

You will advise HR colleagues and managers on payroll, compensation, employment law, and social security, coordinating the annual compensation process with HR Partners. You will ensure compliance and contribute to EU Pay Transparency projects while advancing HR digitalisation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed payroll accounting training or degree with a focus on HR or law.
• Several years of professional experience in HR, especially HR operations and employment law; banking sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Sage DPW) and excellent Excel skills; interest in AI use cases.
• Advisory skills with stakeholders; structured, accurate and service-oriented approach.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor ongoing payroll processing with external provider and ensure data quality.
• Advise HR colleagues and managers on payroll, compensation, and employment law matters.
• Coordinate annual compensation process and implement measures with HR Partners and Group HR.
• Prepare, analyse and interpret compensation and equal pay reports; derive actions.
• Monitor legislative and internal developments; ensure compliance with collective agreement and employment law.
• Contribute to projects such as EU Pay Transparency Directive; drive HR process digitalisation and automation.
