Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, presales, or partner enablement.
• Deep technical mastery of NetApp solution domains and industry trends.
• Ability to mentor partner pre-sales and architecture teams for long-term capability.
• Skilled in influencing partner-led technical wins through discovery and architecture definition.
• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and workshop delivery skills.
• Fluency in English is required; German or West/South Slavic language is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Actively coaching and mentoring partner & distributor technical teams on NetApp solution domains, positioning, and differentiation.
• Designing and delivering structured partner enablement activities to increase partner readiness and independence.
• Working closely with partner SEs to develop and validate comprehensive partner-led solutions.
• Partnering with field sales and channel teams on strategic opportunities to enable the partner to secure the technical win.
• Building and nurturing a strong network of technical contacts within partner organizations.
• Driving regional pipeline generation in partnership with marketing and channel teams through partner-focused initiatives.
