Ketryx is seeking a Part-time Tech Support Engineer to join our team and support operations for our two international offices, Boston (US) and Vienna (AT). You’ll handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and ensure Google Workspace and macOS stability, enabling growth with reliable IT services.

You’ll collaborate across teams, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and contribute to security and compliance initiatives while working in a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and macOS.
• Understanding of identity management/SSO systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Clear communication skills with non-technical users.
• Documentation skills for creating user guides and procedures.
• Understanding of networks, security, and device management.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary IT support contact for Boston and Vienna offices
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests
• Handle device provisioning and user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)
• Ensure reliable operation of Google Workspace and macOS environments across the company
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across company devices
• Own Ketryx internal IT support channel
• Support security & compliance initiatives
