• Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Develop client relationships through personalized service and CRM/digital tools.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle complaints by liaising with the line manager as needed.
• Maintain shop floor visuals and stock procedures.
• Contribute to high security and prevent product thefts.
