You must be at least 18 with completed Matura or equivalent vocational training, hold an EU passport or unrestricted work rights, and have German at C1 and English at B2. Flexibility, good communication, and onboard product promotion are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old with completed Matura or equivalent vocational training.
• EU passport or unrestricted access to Austrian labor market; male citizens must have completed service.
• German at C1 and English at B2 for daily interactions with passengers.
• Able to swim confidently and reach Vienna Airport within 90 minutes on standby.
• Flexible to work irregular shifts with a sales-minded, service-oriented attitude.

• Provide courteous cabin service and safety instructions to passengers.
• Promote onboard products and assist travelers with purchases.
• Assist passengers with needs and ensure a positive travel experience.
• Represent Austrian Airlines with a professional, welcoming appearance.
