Ryanair Group Holdings is hosting a Lauda Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Vienna. The event targets customer‑oriented individuals with no prior experience, who are willing to undergo a 6‑week training course to become cabin crew.

Qualifications

• EU right to live and work in the EU and travel freely across the Ryanair network.
• Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
• Must be able to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Be hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English and pass an English Language Assessment.
• Passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-class safety and customer service to guests on board.
• Work early and late roster shifts with early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes.
• Attend a 6-week training course culminating in Cabin Crew Wings.
• Be part of the Ryanair Group cabin crew network and pursue career growth.
