What We're Looking For.

• Age & Education: At least 18 years old. Completed Matura, apprenticeship, or equivalent vocational training—your educational foundation matters.
• Documentation & Eligibility: EU passport or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market. Austrian male citizens must have completed military or civilian service.
• Language Skills: Very good German skills (minimum C1 level)—clear communication is essential. Good English skills (minimum B2 level)—you'll interact with international passengers daily.
• Physical Requirements: Able to swim confidently without assistance—essential for safety. Able to reach Vienna Airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty.
• Personal Qualities: Flexibility to work irregular shifts and working hours—you embrace variety. Strong sales skills and enjoyment of selling—you're comfortable promoting onboard products.
