Crewlink Ireland Limited, recruitment partner of the Ryanair Group, is recruiting for Lauda Cabin Crew in Vienna. A Recruitment Day will be held in Vienna on 24th November 2026 and invited applicants will be reviewed for attendance.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted right to live and work in the EU or travel freely within Ryanair Network.
• Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.
• Hardworking, flexible and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptable to shift rosters and early/late shifts.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ability to pass an English Language Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 6-week training to become a cabin crew member with exams throughout the course.
• Attend training culminating in cabin crew wings and supernumerary flights.

Job Description

Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a 6-week training course where you will learn all of the fundamental skills that you will require as part of your day-to-day role delivering a top-class safety & customer service experience to our guests. During the course you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals, the training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. Qualifications

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and / or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
• You must approximately be between 5 “2 (157 cm) and 6” 2 (188 cm) in height.
• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
