Arvato in Austria is seeking an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support day-to-day site operations, coordinate communications across teams and ensure reliable administrative workflows. You will handle customer inquiries, manage workforce and training systems, onboarding and access management, and help implement process improvements.

• Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, HR support or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and communicational skills
• Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus

• Support daily site operations and coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and status updates professionally and efficiently.
• Manage workforce and training systems for Operations, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Support onboarding, training, access management and other employee-related processes.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation to support smooth operations and compliance.
• Identify and help resolve operational or administrative issues in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements and contribute to efficient site operations
